Our GAMMA member in Slovakia is set to host the MAMMAL series on 10 April in Komárno!
The event will feature:
- 35 matches
- 20 clubs from three different countries – Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary
- Over 60 fighters
The competition will be in full compliance to all safety regulations and strict covid-19 protocols that were agreed with the Government authorities. The competition involves the best cadets, juniors, youths, and adult athletes from Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary.
The MAMMAL series is a calendar filled with competitions and organized by our GAMMA member federation with the aim to support the growth of local, aspiring athletes while governing the safety and fairness of its competitions.
GAMMA President Alexander Engelhardt praised efforts by Slovakia to develop amateur mixed martial arts in Central Europe.
“With one of GAMMA’s priorities being youth development, carefully planned tournaments which attract participants are crucial to athlete development,” he said.
“We are delighted and thankful that they are blazing the trail in amateur MMA in Central Europe.”
