The Global Association of Mixed Martial Arts (GAMMA) is pleased to announce premium martial arts and sports brand Guerra as the official equipment sponsor of the GAMMA World MMA Championships 2021.

As part of the agreement, Guerra will provide all participating athletes with gloves, rash guards, shorts and shin pads, while also offering masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

“Our dream is to go worldwide and become the number one combat brand in the world, and the GAMMA World Championships will be an important part of this journey,” said Guerra President Michal Amer. “My expectation is that this event will be a huge one – Gamma is going stronger and stronger.”

Amateur MMA’s flagship event is set to take place in spring 2022 after having been postponed from December 7-11 in Berlin due to the latest COVID-19 restrictions.

Following on from a highly successful GAMMA World MMA Championships in Singapore in 2019 (the 2020 edition was cancelled due to the pandemic), the 2021 World Championships will feature some of the world’s best amateur MMA athletes from over 100 countries.
